So close to airport line, just a few minute from exit elevator. Room suits for 1 person with big luggage still find.

I think because it doesn’t have natural light enough, a bit smelly and many mosquito inside. The way from front gate to room, quite hard for bringing Big luggage. I think better to have a slope.

The location is near to the hongik univ station exit 5 and easy to find. easy self check in and check out with the clear instruction sent by the host. Quite neighbourhood so i could sleep well in the night. The host also give quick respond and i feel the host is friendly person even though i did not meet the host. The single room type is nice for solo traveler. The room facilitates with shared bathroom for every 2 single room and also small kitchen.

There was nothing that i did not like and bothering me during my stay in beum..

Everything in this property is worth ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very great location ! Room size is perfect for 3! But most importantly, Eric has been really friendly and offered us so much help that makes our Seoul trip a very memorable one!

I and my husband stayed in the triple room, for less than $70 and the convenience of what we were there for was great for the price. The mattresses on the bed were very nice, there was a smell in the room, which I think smelled musty. The amenities were bare, and the bathroom is substandard. Don't go there expecting much, but if you need a close place to Hongdae for a cheap price that is a good spot.

Location was very good - extremely close to the center of Hongdae and nearby restaurants. 24-hour convenience store just down the street. We reserved a triple room and the beds were very comfortable (just mattresses on the ground) and AC was very strong. Room also had a table and three chairs. Host was extremely responsive and greeted us when we checked in. There was a outside gate, house door code, and room key - so safety was good.

The shared bathroom had issues - toilet took a long time to flush and would get clogged. The draining system for the shower was also very weak. Overall, the bathroom was not the cleanest.

The room I stayed smelled a little bit musty. I think the carpet needs to be properly cleaned or renewed (or replaced with an area rug). And the pillow (itself) needs a good wash too.

The room is nice, fairly plain but functional. Matrass is on the floor but that is ok. It has a modern look. Our room was ready when we dropped of our luggage, which was way before check-in time. There was some miscommunication regarding payment options, but in the end our host was very flexible and we managed to make the payment with paypal. It were our last days and we didn't have any cash left, but they were not able to accept card payments. Our room was in the basement with another room next to it and a small shared kitchen.

The Bathroom is pretty standard for Korean guesthouses. Shower, sink and toilet in one wet room. It didn't feel super clean but is was ok. There is also a small washing machine mounted to the wall. The kitchenette didn't have a water filter, but there was a toaster and water boiler. Some construction is going on nearby and that does make some noise early in the morning. Also on our last night there was alot of noise coming from upstairs, not sure what was going on. In comparison to other guesthouses we stayed at in Seoul and Korea, it was rather expensive, so we expected more.

Fantastic location and the beds were very comfortable.

The room was very small, not what I imagined from the pictures. The shower also went cold very often.

Be:um is a minute away from hongik university station exit 5. The guesthouse is located in the safe area and calm area where coffee shop, convenience store and park are around the corner. Wifi is stable. English speaking staff.

Unfortunately water heater not working on the third night of my stay, staff is not around the guesthouse and got to bear it during winter time. Fortunately the staff is reachable through whatsapp and very helpful and finally everything solved.

Guesthouse is close to Hongik station.very convenient for travel. Staff is very kind and nice. Facilities are ok.Good price good location. This location is quiet.not too noise.Room and bathroom are clean.

공용 욕실이라 아쉽고 화장실과 연결되어 있는 부엌이 좀 더러웠어요. 객실이 반지하임.

위치가 아주 굿입니다. 공항철도 출구에서 1분? 정도 걸렸던것같아요. 진짜 가깝습니다. 스태프도 체크인 전부터 후까지 친절했어요. 매트리스가 폭신해서 푹 잘수 있었어요.

화장실이 공용이라 걱정했었는데 다른 게스트와 시간이 겹치지 않아서 편하게 썼어요.

일단 위치가 너무 좋아서 낮에도, 밤에도 안전하게 돌아다니기 쉬웠어요. 교통, 맛집, 쇼핑을 비롯해서 정말 어느것 하나 불편없이 이용할 수 있었던 곳이라 대만족입니다. 인테리어도 깔끔해서 편안하게 쉬었다가 갈 수 있었어요. 예약하는 부분도 친절하게 안내해주셔서 혼자 낯선 곳에서 자기 꺼려하시는 분이라면 걱정없이 이용할 수 있는 것 같아요. 완전 추천!!!!!

역 바로앞에 있는건 좋았어요 홍대 공항철도역이랑 가까워요

지하철 역과 가까워서 좋았어요. 정말 가까워요. 직원도 친절했고, 싱글룸이라 혼자 편하게 보냈어요. 일단 저렴한 가격이라 좀 걱정했는데, 이만한 가격에 이런 숙소라면 정말 좋다고 생각해요. 홍대 상권이 가까워서 늦은 밤에도 편하게 주변시설 이용할 수 있었어요.

전반적으로 괜찮았어요. 굳이 하나 꼽자면 전체적인 청소는 깨끗하고 좋았지만 디테일이 조금(!) 아쉬운 부분들이 있었어요. 스텝분에게 말씀 드렸더니 외출중에 깔끔하게 처리해주셔서 불쾌하지는 않았습니다

반지하라서 그런지 아무리 건조기능으로 에어컨을 틀어도 습기가 빠지지가 않았고, 엄청 습했다는 점

홍대거리에서 굉장히 가깝고 침대이불이 푹신푹신했어요 근처에 편의점이 있고 공원도있어요 공동냉장고가 참 예쁘고 토스터기랑 포트있고 화장실에 샴푸 린스 바디워시 있습니다 슬리퍼도 준비되어있어서 신발신고 들어가는 게스트 하우스라 편하게 잘 신었던 것 같아요 수건도 넉넉하게 준비되어있고 컵이나 그릇이 많았어요 냉장고에는 큰 물도 하나 들어있습니다! 운좋게 당일예약으로 싸게 잘 쉬다왔네요

콘센트가 많지 않고, 문 바로옆에 있던 콘센트는 전기가 들어오다 말다 해서 조금 불편했어요 ! 골목에있어서 찾을 때 be:um 간판이 없어서 조금 헤맸습니다 찾아가는 게 어렵지는 않지만 약간 헷갈려서 저는 전화드려서 찾았습니다! 그리고 제가 묵은 방은 반지하여서 들어가자마자 습한느낌이 확 들었어요 에어컨 틀어서 시원하게 잤고 에어컨 좋아요 냄새도 안나고 깨끗해서 습한게 덜했습니다 화장실이 좀 습하고 물비린내가 났어요! 그리고 원래 조식이없었나요?? 천천히 준비해서 아침보다 늦긴했지만 아무것도 없더라구요!
