Nice location and close to airport line in value price.
So close to airport line, just a few minute from exit elevator. Room suits for 1 person with big luggage still find.
I think because it doesn’t have natural light enough, a bit smelly and many mosquito inside. The way from front gate to room, quite hard for bringing Big luggage. I think better to have a slope.

It is good and affordable place, the location is near to the station and easy to find
The location is near to the hongik univ station exit 5 and easy to find. easy self check in and check out with the clear instruction sent by the host. Quite neighbourhood so i could sleep well in the night. The host also give quick respond and i feel the host is friendly person even though i did not meet the host. The single room type is nice for solo traveler. The room facilitates with shared bathroom for every 2 single room and also small kitchen.
There was nothing that i did not like and bothering me during my stay in beum..

Everything in this property is worth ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very great location ! Room size is perfect for 3! But most importantly, Eric has been really friendly and offered us so much help that makes our Seoul trip a very memorable one!

Perfect for the price. Don't expect much.
I and my husband stayed in the triple room, for less than $70 and the convenience of what we were there for was great for the price. The mattresses on the bed were very nice, there was a smell in the room, which I think smelled musty. The amenities were bare, and the bathroom is substandard. Don't go there expecting much, but if you need a close place to Hongdae for a cheap price that is a good spot.
